Position: Manual Testing
Experience: 5+ years

Key Skills :
Accountability
? Initiate the Test Planning activities for Test case design and ensure the quality of test plans, test
cases are as per standards.
? Participate in the discovery process to understand, analyze, and influence the
application/service/system to be tested.
? Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
? Drive quality within the team and as per the SQM strategy.
? During the Testing Cycle, monitor the test progress, ensuring build/solution meets the user
acceptance criteria.
? Check if there might be any delays in achieving the schedule and hold discussions with the team to
figure out the issues that they may be facing and escalate timely.
? Signing off the application/build solution/features and ensuring proper documentation is present.
? Present the timely status for sprint and post merge testing and ensuring QA LEAD / EL is kept aware
of progress/issues.
? Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested.
? Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation.
? Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization.
? Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact test scope, quality, and schedules.
? Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and support team modifying test procedures.
? Support testing of different projects when needed / extend hours as per the business requirement.
? Support the strategic direction of our Testing & Assurance Practice
? Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers.
Skills
? Ideally 5+ years of QA experience with recent 1+ years of experience in QA team management.
? Requires ISTQB or equivalent certification - Mandatory.
? Thorough knowledge of QA strategy, process, and bug tracking tools.
? In-depth understanding of quality engineering in Scrum/Agile environments.
? Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities, and to recognize when a change of priority is
needed.
? A desire to develop both personally and professionally.
? Good inter-personal, spoken, and written skills
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent planning and organizing skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
? Supervisory and leadership skills.
? Experience in testing Native and Hybrid Apps on Real devices / Cloud platforms / Simulators for IOS
and Android.
? Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

? Good Knowledge of API and Databases.
? Track record of successful troubleshooting and debugging.
? Adheres to company policies and mandatory compliance protocols.
? Ability to interact positively and effectively in a distributed team environment.
Desirable
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
equivalent business degree.
? Good to have CI/CD knowledge.
? Knowledge of Analytics tools. (Amplitude, Segment, Firebase)
? Coding and testing skills
? Development Skills considered as a competitive advantage.
? Immersed in automation tools such as experitest / perfecto.
? Project Management skills.
? A self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
