Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your change management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of change management processes across Alstom's IS&T environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including service providers, technical experts, and business stakeholders, to manage change requests, assess risks, and ensure organizational readiness. You’ll also lead structured methodologies for change management and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of facilitating change management processes, but also ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing, facilitating, and ensuring compliance with Alstom's overall change management processes within the IS&T environment
Applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities
Designing strategic approaches for managing change and supporting both operations and projects
Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics
Ensuring change impact analysis and organizational readiness to limit potential risks
Validating solutions against business and technical requirements as a quality gate
Managing the deployment of solutions into production environments while minimizing operational risks
Overseeing handovers to relevant operational teams in a controlled and well-documented manner
Conducting governance and quality assurance reviews of managed service providers
Capitalizing on lessons learned and driving continuous improvement
Assessing and coordinating compliance for changes requiring multiple service providers
Identifying key stakeholders and supporting training and communication efforts

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field
5-10 years of direct work experience in change management
ITIL Certification (mandatory)
Exposure to configuration, incident, and release management
Agile and adaptable to changing environments
Confident, articulate, and able to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
Proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Open-minded and able to share information, transfer knowledge, and support team development
Strong supervisory skills and experience working in virtual global teams within a matrix organization
Ability to prioritize workloads with limited supervision and remain resilient under pressure
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to grasp complex issues quickly
Understanding of organizational dynamics
A pragmatic and professional approach to establishing and meeting deadlines
