Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Saturday, Night Shift
Overview
K4 Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, institutional, healthcare, municipal, and tenant improvement projects across British Columbia. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Excellent English communication and business writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, or tenant improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award to closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Develop schedules, monitor budgets, procurement, and progress billings.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, shutdowns, and operational requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contract requirements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
